BANES Cycle Forum

Meets every 2 months. Information on BANES Cycle Forum.

South Gloucester Cycle Forum

Each forum meeting has a session devoted to promotion issues and a session for technical issues – for example cycle lanes, cycle tracks etc.

The Forum is now 3 times a year at different venues usually between 6.00pm and 8.00pm.

North Somerset Cycle Forum

North Somerset Council wants to increase the number of people who cycle in North Somerset and you can help by joining the Cycle Forum.

The Cycle Forum allows local cyclists to give their views about issues which affect them.

Everybody is welcome to come along to the quarterly meetings which are held at venues across the district including Clevedon, Long Ashton, Nailsea, Portishead and Yatton.

We want to increase the number of people who cycle in North Somerset and you can help by joining the Cycle Forum.

The Cycle Forum allows local cyclists to give their views about issues which affect them.

Everybody is welcome to come along to the quarterly meetings which are held at venues across the district including Clevedon, Long Ashton, Nailsea, Portishead and Yatton.

Meeting dates

  • Thursday 17 October (6pm – 8pm) – Wesley Centre, Ferndale Road, Portishead, BS20 6PY
  • January 2014 – Clevedon
  • April 2014 – The Campus, Locking Castle, weston-super-Mare

Exact dates and venues will be confirmed nearer the time.

The forum will also hold additional special meetings called by the Chair, depending on particular cycling interest and local relevance, such as transport projects and planning developments.

Bristol Cycle Forum

The Bristol Cycle Forum takes place quarterly to discuss provision and promotion of cycling within Bristol. Meetings are held at City Hall on the third Thursday of March, June, September and December.  The meetings start with a drop in session which runs from 5.30pm to 6pm followed by the main forum which runs from 6pm to 8pm.
