Why is it that UK/London Killed and Seriously Injured (KSI) stats for cyclists are increasing as the modal share increases whilst motorists KSI are decreasing – elsehwere they are decreasing together? We are clearly doing nowhere near enough to implement safe schemes for cyclists (similar story for pedestrians too). That’s why we need the Bristol Cycling Manifesto “Freedom to Ride”
