To aid the seasonal merriment we present a number of relatively easy and relaxed rides that will be sociable and unhurried. We’ll take a nostalgic circuit around the city centre and harbourside to compare a modern Bristol with an earlier vintage captured on photos. A return visit to East Bristol will allow us to enjoy its many varied suburbs, vistas, greenways and quiet roads on a leisurely meander. Our final ride for the year will show how several of the well-established greenway routes can be linked up to provide a pleasurable ride, conveniently way-marked and using many traffic free trails.

We are always in need of extra people to bolster our 11 person team of poster distributors. If you feel that you could spare a little time every month to take some posters to your local cafe or bike shop then please contact me at rides@bristolcycling.org.uk. Also, we are always on the lookout for people to help lead rides whether it be as a guest ride leader, or solo. If you feel that you may have the aptitude and skills to help in this way it would be great to meet up and chat, so feel free to use the same contact point.
